About Us

Two men measuring and marking wood outdoors for a construction project.

About Us:

I grew up in a family where multiple skills were passed down from generation to generation. Growing up, I learned various trades, including electrical work, carpentry, auto mechanics, small engine repair, fabricating parts, concrete and masonry, as well as communications. My father worked for the phone company, which sparked my high interest in communications. At age 2, I was operating a VCR. By age 6, I constructed my first electronic circuit with a few transistors and LEDs, making them flash like a railroad sign. At 8, I was learning the basics of concrete and carpentry work and rebuilt our front porch as well as poured a few new sidewalk sections with my father. Later, I picked up plumbing fundamentals and welding. In 4th grade, I would stay after school in elementary school to help the school I.T. guy set up "token ring" networks on the old IBM computers. In 1999, I enlisted in the United States Army National Guard as a signal support and communications specialist with a 31-U MOS. I was given numerous compliments from my superiors for my knowledge in radio communications and my knowledge in radio wave propagation.

Over the years, I held many interests. I worked for a concrete company and enhanced my knowledge on concrete and masonry work. I worked side by side with contractors, not just pouring the concrete, but often times getting out and helping them for a few minutes. I worked for Verizon for several years and held positions of Lineman, IR technician, FIOS technician, and locator. I was also qualified on the Litespan and Starspan systems. I was qualified to flag in NY State. I was qualified in the underground facilities as well.

In 2024, I built my first garage, a 1 1/2 story, 12 ft x 28 ft structure, adhering to NY state building codes and local regulations. Remarkably, I completed about 95% of the garage by myself. In 2025, I began constructing a new 10ft x 14ft shed for my father as well as a second garage at his request, which was a 2 story, 14 ft x 34 ft garage, mostly built by me. Unfortunately, my father passed away in September 2025, before he could see the new garage. (The picture above shows my father assisting me in building the new shed, taken three months before his passing.)

As I undertook these large projects, I thought, "If I can do this kind of work for myself, why not for others?"

Ultimately, it was my aunt Lucy who inspired me to start an expert construction business during a conversation about the demand for renovation services like concrete sealing and small construction jobs. But why limit myself? I decided to offer a broad spectrum of repair services.

My goal is to provide quality services at affordable prices in a safe and friendly manner. If I'm unable to perform the work, I will gladly refer reliable contractors who I know will complete the job swiftly and professionally.
